“My order No.PO9003 was made on February 18th. A support staff named Julia contacted me by email on February 21st saying that my payment is flagged as a suspicious transaction and my order is put on hold until I provide my full id verification. I promptly complied with the requirement and since then have not received any response from them. I emailed them nonstop everyday but they just did not respond to my queries. I guess they scammed me.”

The "chat team" isn't responding (probably fake), the phone number is disconnected and I even looked them up on the map - there is no store at all.
