Was not happy with my experience. Ordered and paid for TV. Only when I chased up was I advised you were not going to fulfill the order. Very slow with refund. Not happy with communication or customer service. Would not buy from you again

Purchased a TV they said was in stock. Contacted by email to say it is not in stock. No refund, no phone call, no advice as to when TV is coming (if it is at all). Disappointed to say the least

Ordered item received an email to say it had been sent but then was advised there was no stock even though it was supposed to be on its way. I’m still waiting since 27/6 Not happy & will probably cancel tomorrow & get my money back

Very unhelpful staff and rubbish service. I had an issue with a product and phoned up and they were completely useless. I then sent an email and this went unanswered. I will never purchase from here again, do yourself a favour and purchase your product from a more recognised retailer.

Your customer service was very unprofessional with no sympathy to customer's concerns and questions. It seems he worked on a different planet. In particular, your delivery service was even worse -delay after delay without informing your customers. Your delivery guy just left the TV package at the front of my drive way even the weather was not good. He should take the package to my front entry which has covered area. He also is a liar. In your tracking portal the delivery guy claimed he got my signature, but he never pressed my door bell although I was at home all day. We will not use your service again and will tell my friends about my experience.

Despite showing that the item was in stock, I was informed via email that there was no stock at all & that I would receive a full refund within 5 days which is ok, however I am still waiting for the refund??? I do wonder if I purchased an item online & then turned around & said I will pay for it in 5 days, would you still send me the item? I think not!

I placed out about 10 days ago, haven't receive any update about my order, still waiting for the TV which I fully paid for, but don't when it will show up. I just report this issue to PayPal

Unfortunately I wouldn't be recommending Appliance Central - I bought an LG microwave and wanted to return it (unopened) for a different size. The customer service person said that there would be a 20% restocking fee despite it being unopened and even if I purchased another microwave from Appliance Central. So I ended up having to sell the microwave to recoup some cost and will purchase the new microwave from Good Guys

According to the Appliance Central website, customers are supposed to sign for their delivery in person. Instead, my appliance was left outside on the dirty ground. An electronic appliance should never be left out in the rain on the dirty ground. I will never order through your company again.

Drive who was doing delivery was very aggressive. He tried to punch me and company didn't acknowledge any action taken
