“Very good experience in purchase. I ordered a fridge and found the size could not fit the kitchen. Contacted customer services and asked to change model. “Appliance Central were good to deal with, and I would buy again from them. And the heater works as advertised. However, the description of the output of the Dimplex heater was borderline misleading- I would guess this is attributable to the manufacturer. The heater is described as being a '1.5kW' heater in advertisements. Problem is that you have to read the manual to learn that the capacity of the heating elements is 1.2 kW; the balance of 300W is drawn by the fan, so the '1.5 kW' of this heater is not comparable with the 1.5 kW of column heaters without fans.”
