“Order a new Samsang 85 inch TV for $6450. Payment was taken and delivery was confirmed for Tuesday. After no delivery, I called on Friday to be told product was no longer in stock and would not be delivered. The customer service person said I needed to fill out a form to get my money back. After protesting I was told credit would be issued, but still haven't seen the credit and now 10 days have past. Not a very pleasant experience at all.”

“After sales service pathetic? Product has small fault...2 phone calls later, they asked for product details by email... nearly a week now, no response. Called LG and technician coming next Monday 3 April. LG was very good.”

“Very poor communication, rude staff, uncoordinated delivery. Would highly discourage anyone from buying from this place. We have not had any problem with any other major retailers but have been disappointed with our experience here. Particularly the delivery coordinator, Morgan, was rude and would make false promises without following through.”

“I placed my order 11 days ago, the item still hasn’t got to me and from tracking the delivery it has only moved from the warehouse in Sydney to the depot in Sydney… that’s taken it over a week and I live in Melbourne. I may never see the item at this stage… not happy.”
