I ordered a bar speaker and I got a gym weight plate. I’ve attached emails with photos and videos.I raised a complaint on this and they said they are investigating. I’m still waiting for a response. Someone please check on this and deliver me a new one or refund me my money. I need this for a function so please help me on this.

No problem with the item however after sale service is non existence. Send them enquiry on the online form and no one bother to answer

The courier service is absolutely atrocious. Aramex is a massive problem and the partnership that Appliance Central have with them will mean I won't shop with them ever again.

Unable to review as I haven't received my order. Have waited 2 weeks, I received a text stating the TV had been sent to the delivery. They notified me that the goods hadn't been received. I contacted appliance central and was told that there was a delay because needed to receive from warehouse. I would have appreciated being updated re the delay. NOT satisfied.

My 65 inch Samsung Frame TV arrived with marks all over the screen. It has been a horror trying to speak to Appliance Central as they are pretty much saying that it is my fault. How can it be my fault when a brand new screen arrives with marks on it already??? They have really made me feel awful about it when it is obvious that the TV they sent me was not new.

Worst shopping experience of my life. I will NEVER be shopping at Appliance Central ever again. Shop here at your own risk. If the item is delivered on time and in working order, all good. But if something doesn’t go exactly to plan, that’s where the nightmare begins as it did for me. Their customer service is absolutely useless. They cannot do anything to help other than say “sorry” and “we’ll try”. The people answering calls can’t even escalate the issue or put their customers onto a manager or supervisor. In short - go shop at Appliances Online or Winning Appliances. Far superior systems, processes and service from my experience.

Advised our dishwasher was loaded for distribution. Then advised not in stock. Then advised delivery between 8 and 9am. Then another message advising no delivery will happen and to contact store. After following up I have been advised stock of our dishwasher was not available And we have to wait over a month for delivery.

Appliance Central could not care less once a sale is processed. I never received my TV after 10 days of trying to get someone to help find it or deliver it. I cancelled the order. At no point did anyone even apologise for the inconvenience or my horrible experience. No refund yet either, or any indication of when that might occur. Don't touch them with a 10 foot pole.

I purchased an Electrolux vacuum which is faulty and I would like it replaced. All I'm getting is the run around between Appliance Central and Electrolux. Very poor customer service.

This is the worst online company I have had to deal with. Do not buy from them. They have zero customer service. They did not tell me at the beginning that they don't deliver to a post office box. After a week of not receiving anything I emailed them to ask where my item was and only then did they tell me they don't deliver to a PO Box. If I hadn't emailed them I would still be waiting. My house is under renovations and I asked if they could ring me when they arrived so I could come out and get it. They couldn't do that. They suggested I get the item delivered after the renovations were completed. They were going to take 6mths. I advised them I was a shift worker and could they deliver the item before 12md when I went sleep. They could not do anything to help me and just sent the item to me anyway. The delivery company sent me a text saying they would send me a text on the day of delivery. I rang the delivery company asking them to ring me when they arrived and they said they would. I didn't get the text or a phone call and they left the item at my rear door in the rain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very bad delivery experience followed by me asking for Appliance Centrals help, they did nothing. I lost a $76 deposit to trades for TV wall installation and both Appliance Central and Allied Express have not responded to my messages.

Promised call back never occurred. Delivery said to be tried twice but driver observed to just drop cards without trying to deliver.no accountability from either delivery company nor appliance central. Appliance central phone support did not do what it undertook to do. Couldn’t be more enraged by the pretending to help but really just doing whatever it takes to just get the customer off the line and avoid accountability
