“Quoted a reasonable price for a Miele fully integrated dishwasher. Were extremely efficient taking the order and providing clear documentation afterwards. The dishwasher was delivered in the agreed timeslot and the two delivery men were polite & helpful. They took out the old machine, brought in the new machine, unwrapped it and placed it in front of the kitchen unit into which the dishwasher was to be inserted without any fuss. Would certainly use this company again”

“I ordered a smeg oven and hood from appliance city. They quoted a great price beating all the competition even john lewis who wont price match .appliance city are an authorised dealer for smeg so no qualms there. Delivery drivers area were fantastic not only did they deliver the items exactly to where i wanted them but they also rang me the day before the actual delivery date to see if they could deliver that evening saving me an early start in the morning. All staff at appliance city were courteous and offered great customer service. Would definitely use again and also recommend.”

“pleasure to deal with this company. Answered the phone straight away, fast delivery on day to suit me, delivery men phoned half hour in advance, arrived exactly on time, delivered the appliance carefully and took the old appliance away, leaving no rubbish behind. Very polite and helpful. Drivers' references were B + CG/VH4 - hope I got this right!”

“Just had my third delivery in 3 months from Appliance City. Great prices and fantastic service very time from office staff and delivery teams. Today was CB and DF Van1 (sorry no names). Called to let me know they were 20 minutes away. Polite, cheerful, helpful and efficient. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.”

“I cannot praise this company enough! Being in the kitchen industry, I have ordered multiple appliances from these guys, and I have dealt with an advisor called Richard Michael about 90% of the time! and this guy is worth his weight in gold. His product knowledge is second to none, and I always feel comfortable ordering with him. Saying that, his other colleagues that I have dealt with are just as knowledgable, and just as friendly to deal with. I can safely say "touch wood" that I have never, ever had an issue with any item they have supplied or delivered, and talking of delivery, they have never let me down on any that they have done. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will continue to buy from this exceptional company!”

“i was very impressed from start to finish, my fridge freezer was over £100 cheaper than at another store, i could pick my delivery date, i received a text confirm the delivery, the drivers that came (PW & LW in van 21 were great, extremely helpful and professional, they unpacked my fridge freezer with care, they insisted that I check it all over before signing the delivery note, was very pleased and will defo be using appliance city again, need a new dyer next :) :)”

“This must be the very best customer service I've ever had. They communicated very well about progress of my order and delivery. They arranged delivery to suit us. A four hour window with a 1 hour pre-call The best bit was that, they helped us sort out our error in our order and gave us a no quibble return and replacement when it was our mistake. Thank you Ian and Jenny Quality excellent, price a great deal. Trust me, use this company and you will not have any hassle only help and great service. Simple the BEST!”

“Ordered a fridge and freezer on a Tuesday through the sales team, excellent service. Received a telephone the Wednesday to advise me that my goods would arrive between 7.00-7.30 on the Thursday morning, true to their words the goods arrived at 7.00. The delivery men known as S.S and S.D. van 25(sorry did not get your full names) were excellent and very polite. Would definitely recommend Appliance City to family and friends. Mr Arrneill very satisfied customer.”

“I had a three man delivery team as I had made Appliance City aware that the appliance was to be taken up a flight of stairs. Whilst this caused some uncertainty about getting the appliance to the appropriate room it did not deter the delivery men from making every effort to do so and in the end very successfully. Very professionally done and extremely helpful. Thanks to all.”

“Excellent experience - good price and nice to deal with - Matt was/is superb in Sales and advised me on the fridge I bought which I am delighted with (or as delighted as you can be about a fridge !!). Delivery was as promised and Chris the delivery driver too arrived on time and did an excellent job. Products arrived fully packed and are installed and working well.
