“The price looked good, but the service has been far from excellent. Almost four weeks of ordering, the item has not arrived. The tracking information provided has yielded no information about the status of my order. I called Giant Appliance today. The person I spoke to was polite and promised to call me back. Still waiting, may have to contact PayPal to retrieve my money. Not happy.”

“I ordered the Westinghouse WRF610SA 60cm Fixed Rangehood and it was delivered on time and in a good condition. The price was lower than other retailers. I'll definitely visit Appliance Giant again.”

“Overall Good. Price Excellent. Free Delivery Great & Genuine Free Delivery. Customer Service Good. The only negative was at time of purchase there was no advice of having to wait for stock to come in. After waiting a week with no update on order progress and after contacting Appliance Giant was this advised. However once contacted customer service good in keeping updated and offered options of a refund or to wait for product to arrive. As I was not in urgent need of product I waited Would definitely consider for a future purchase”

“I give 1 star because this is the lowest. They sell things that the do not have and are not even sure they will have and try to put the blame on the courier company. I purchased a microwave that was listed on their page with the assurance that it will be delivered in a week. after two week of waiting I was told that Australia post has lost the package. I then ask for the tracking number but nothing was provided I then ask for my refund. I have been dealing with Australia post for a very long time they always deliver my parcels even on Saturdays. Trying to put the blame on someone else is very childish and unprofessional. I will never buy from them and I will never recommend anyone to buy from them. those who want can buy from them at their own risk.”

“Part of my purchase was missing when it arrived. Gave them a call and they mail it out the next day. Although the parcel didn’t arrive immediately but the prompt and courteous action deserved the good star. Would have given excellent if not for missing part. Anyway, we are all human and not perfect. Will shop with them anytime.”
