“Bought a fridge from AG and paid for it on a Friday and it was delivered on the Monday. Fantastic service and very competitive prices. Unfortunately the next experience not so great. Bought an electronic frypan weeks ago and still waiting for it to be delivered, despite assurances it would arrive at the warehouse on the 12 May.... it’s now the 17th and no sign of it yet. Random!!!!”

“Placed my order and they were unable to supply but I was not notified until I called to find out why my appliance hadn’t arrived. It then took more than a week to get my refund. They don’t respond to emails.”

“I am completely unhappy. I didn't get the brand I wanted and no one bothered to ring me, I had to ring after a week of placing my order to find out why I hadn't heard anything. The dishwasher is dented on the side and it is a free standing dishwasher so I am not happy. The cylinder/strainer inside was also missing. I would like someone to contact me regards to this”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. I rang with an enquiry and then went to the warehouse to pick up my purchase. They price matched another item while I was there. I would defiantly use them again. I have recommended this company to a number of family and friends already.”

“Great dryer but bad delivery service. The dryer was delivered with a decent dent at the top of it. For the price of the item I was a little disappointed with the big dent on top.”
