“Customer service was excellent. Received phone call from young man informing me that my delivery would be delayed as no product was available. Asked me if I wanted refund or wait till later in August. Said I would wait. Young man said if he located one he would get it to me. Well he must have looked and did find one and I received it promptly. Thank you. And I love the product.”

“Order was left with nothing done until I contacted you to see what was happening and then was told you didn’t have what I ordered and couldn’t get it. I then had to chase for the refund to my credit card”

“Appliance Giant offered a very competitive price for the Range hood I wanted to buy. In fact, the price was just too hard to be beaten by any other suppliers of the same product. The range hood arrived in the indicated time frame, all in excellent condition. It is installed and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely contact Appliance Giant again should I need any other appliances.”

“Item took months to come - originally called and told me it would be 3 weeks and I said that’s fine but then never contacted again until I finally did after two months and they said it’s on the way but as soon as my partner contacted they got it out and delivered that same day. Funny what happens when a male gets on the phone. Product itself is good just wish they would of been more communicative with me and I’m sure it could of come earlier as they seemed to have shipped it out instantly when my partner called.”
