“Called me to say item wasn't in stock and would take longer to arrive as had to be ordered. Great communication. Wish they hadn't listed it as in stock on website but I imagine stocking is very hard during a pandemic. Was a bit hard going an extra month without a stove but we managed eventually. Item delivered full working and in pristine condition. Thank you very very much!!”

“I have received a damaged oven twice now I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved the first one was dispatched on the 1/6/20 still waiting not happy”

“Ordering was easy online. Customer Service - a bit of a run around to get the delivery organised, then was told would be delivered Friday, too the day off work to be home for it, rang to confirm - no record, then was told, ok, will be delivered on Saturday - explained access to property, stairs etc, then was told, had to be Saturday as required 2 people, fine... then was told before 1pm, following numerous phone calls, was finally delivered at 3.30pm with one guy only to get up 3 flights of stairs - the fridge was dented on the back also as he attempted to get it up on his own. Good products at good prices, but the after sales and delivery confirmation could use some work.”

“Hi good prices but the model i ordered was not available so after a phone call i upgraded to new one . I asked whether it was the same look they said yes but it doesnt look like the one i ordered which was all white. The new one is silve,r white and dark glass. not the end of the world but prboably would be better to send a photo on the new model rather than ring. they gave me the model number over the phone but i couldnt see it online so didnt know how different it was”

“Purchased from Appliance Giant on May 28th, their stock indicator showed the item as “stock arriving soon” and to expect delivery by 26th of June. They contacted me and stated that they did have a long ETA as LG was currently delayed. Item got delivered earlier than expected to me on the 13th of June. Cheers to the delivery team for installing my washing machine and taking away my old one. 5 stars to Appliance Giant. Look forward to purchasing once again in the future.”

“Appliance Giant has a superb service. I was not expecting for my order to arrive within two days after I placed my order. I am impressed with their service!! I am enjoying using the product that I have ordered and it came just in time when the weather here in Sydney became colder. I ordered a De Longhi product and I must say that it does serve its purpose efficiently.”

“Very happy with the service I have received from Appliance Giant unfortunately TNT have failed to deliver my item and therefore your company has to order another one of the Samsung Microwaves. I hope my microwave comes back to you so you can forward it to me or I look forward to receiving the replacement microwave”
