“Dissappointed that I was not informed when item was at the collection point or given my collection code which was required for me to be able to collect, unable to do so without it Other than that all good.”

“Happy with tumble dryer however disappointing customer service. Had ordered machine which stated available for delivery the following weekend, however after hearing nothing for over a week I called customer service who told me the machine was now out of stock and someone would call me to arrange a replacement. 2 weeks and 3 calls to appliance direct later and still nothing from them. I ended up having to wait for original machine to come back in stock.”
