“Excellent Service. I bought a dehumidifier through them 8 month ago. It failed under warranty. I contacted them about it on a Saturday. They responded within the hour asking if I wanted to return it. I replied on Saturday evening that I did and again they responded within the hour with details of how to book a collection. Within 3 days of them getting the defective unit back they had checked it and sent out a new replacement unit.”

“Great service, telephone call in advance to confirm the scheduled delivery and notifications on the day to confirm slot. Delivery slightly later than scheduled but received a call to update me and product all as hoped.”

“Complete let down Text me 2 hours after the latest time they gave that the tumble dryer was to be delivered 11-15:00 (so we waited in all day ) to be told sorry it’s not in stock Never again”

“Yep, Spot on! Got a very quick delivery (next day) and then a month or so later this appliance developed a fault and got a very quick replacement (next day) only not at home and got it delivered to friends house nearby (feather-in-cap for your carriers). your service is great as it is. Thanks”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! They took my money 8 weeks ago (£3800) they gave me a delivery date. I rang the company the day before it was due to be delivered and I was told that the order would be with me the following day, so I took the day off work. I then received an email the morning of the delivery day that said I wouldn’t be getting the delivery and someone would contact me to rearrange. They didn’t call!! The following week I rang this awful company back to be told that none of the appliances I had ordered 8 WEEKS AGO were even in stock except the sink!!! 🤣 I was then told the equipment could be another 8 weeks. Appliances direct purposely took my money knowing this equipment wasn’t in stock. I then had to wait 5 days for the money to go back into my account, This left me over drawn. Never have I had such a bad experience”
