“First time ordered from Appliances Direct. Website easy to navigate, lots to choose from, reasonable prices. Delivery time acceptable, had small issue with item bought, customer service was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue, very important this part. Trustworthy experience. Will buy again from them for sure.”

“I have used Appliance Direct in the past and when looking for a dehumidifier I chose this site to see what they had an available. They had a great selection available, with competitive prices. They offered a speedy delivery (in fact I received it even earlier than initially advised!) I’ve not had a reason to return an item.”

“Was really worried at first they brought my fridge freezer and I couldn’t use it ,it was very badly damaged , as I have not used this company before , I must admit thinking oh no . But to my surprise it was plain sailing I just had to send in photos of damage , and a new fridge freezer was on its way very speedy, also they kept me in touch every step of the way, I would certainly shop with this company again . Thank you”
