“I have no problem with appliances direct, or my oven, but the delivery was terrible. It was a day late but no-one told me till I phoned up on the first night. When it finally did get to me the men were good. But 2 days off for one delivery, not happy.”

“We ordered 5 dimplex heaters on a next day delivery. Communication from appliance direct was concise and informative. We received 4 of the 5 on the next day delivery and after phoning DPD was told the 5th one had been mis directed and would be with us the next day. It was and we are happy. Now just awaiting restrictions to be lifted so we can travel and install them in our new holiday home.”
