“Although there were delays with the delivery date due to Brexit issues, Appliances Direct kept me up to date with regular messages. When the order was finally delivered it was on time. Customer service staff were also quick to respond to my email. I've bought from AD before and will continue to do so. When the items arrived they were of good quality and were well packaged. The price was competitive.”

“Bought ElectiQ ice maker with water from this company. Really great product,was a bit dubious to buy as so much cheaper than other makes but checked them a out and found they are all the same but differently badged. So purchased and it was delivered next day,works perfectly,slightly noisy but they all are. 5stars.”

“My order came in two bits one part next day the other part was a couple of days, appliances direct gave me half the shipping costs back. Then the item was slightly damaged, after sending pictures they offered a partial refund. Very good customer service and easy to deal with.”
