I ordered an integrated washing machine and it was showing as in stock. I selected a convenient delivery date and placed my order. The next morning I had a call from a representative confirming my order and delivery date and was advised I would be contacted by the couriers the day before to give me a 2 hour delivery window, then went on to try and sell me additional insurance - which I politely declined. 5 minutes later another representative called and I had to say I have already received a sales call - to which he apologised. Then in the afternoon, we received another call trying to be sold additional insurance. Then less than 24 hours before delivery I received a text message stating that my order would unable to be fulfilled and it would not be delivered until another 2 weeks. I also received an email offering me a £10 discount for the inconvenience. I contacted them straight away and asked why was the item showing in stock, and why was the order confirmed, but they were unable to answer that. The earliest they could get me a totally different machine to the one I ordered was another 48 hours - I also asked if the £10 discount I was offered could be deducted from this order - I was told no, this would only be valid against a new order, I said this is a new order as you were unable to fulfill the other - so the gesture of a discount was totally useless, why would I want to order again

this isn't the first time we have used appliance direct to purchase a home appliance (microwave). The make, price and own driver delivery suited our needs excellently. The staff at the pick-up point were very welcoming and helpful. The only problem I encountered was the post code specified for the pick-up was wrong. Should have been LE74 2HJ not DE74 2HL as specified on the documentation received. Otherwise a perfect purchase.

The installation was poor. I had to help dis onnect the power. I have to arrange to alter the door for an integrated washing machine and I had to trace where the installer had not turned the water back on for an adjacent appliance. What was my £99 payment for

Multi split and extra pipe work, multi split arrived on time, extra pipe 2 days late, multi split could do with around another 150mm added to the indoor units, most modern walls are thicker, and as they are at the moment the connections are in the wall, making them difficult to put in

My cloakroom basin arrived in excellent condition, delivery very quick, kept up to date on delivery times and arrival day. It was also the cheapest basin I found from various sites.

Ordered my second aircon unit a couple of days ago and it arrive in perfect condition within 4 days including the weekend. The first unit was a split one this one is an all in one unit, if it’s as good as the previous ElectriQ I’ll be very happy. Just one negative, their software doesn’t differentiate between DIY units and those that must be commissioned by an refrigeration engineer. Both of mine are the DIY type but because of the software clitch they email for details I just rang them and all was sorted. I also took out the extended warranty on my new model, IQOOL-SMART12HP
