“Delivered after 4 months of order and about 6 false delivery dates”

“I ordered a cooker hood at a very competitive price and was pleased I was going to pay a cheaper price than any other I found and it said quite Clearly that the price was the "grand total" so when I went to the checkout where it was further asking me for another £9.99 delivery or more if I wanted a next day delivery. Therefore this was NOT the grand total, it was the sub total or the total excluding delivery. This is misdescriptions, some people would have probably gone through with the their purchase without realising the add on. I phoned the company and a very helpful gentleman sorted a compromise for me, which is fine but it is misleading. The hood is exactly what I wanted but not fitted yet but I'm sure it will be fine and I am happy with the product. I would recommend this company but look out for the delivery charge.”

“I ordered from Appliances Direct because, like alot of people now I'm in a tight budget and their appliances are very competitively priced. In fact, a third of the price that I nearly paid. The delivery was very quick too. Highly recommend this company!!”

“Booked for a Saturday delivery, driver called ahead as promised and 2 cheerful guys carried the fridge freezer in I pointed out the damages and he was already photographing the problem areas, the damages was outer packing only so no issues Would recommend and use again”

“Delivery cancelled twice. Was given a day electrician booked had to cancel. Told following day booked him again thinking surely I can expect delivery. Delivery cancelled. Now waiting for him to fit me n. Without a job. Very bad service. What I thought was a good offer has turned out to be expensive. Apparently you cherry pick and wont publish this. Worst service ever”

“Fantastic service yet again. Ordered a new dehumidifier due to my ancient one finally giving up. Wanted a decent sized compressor one and after much hunting around settled on a couple of Makes/Models. Appliance direct had the best price so placed the order early afternoon on the Tuesday, selecting Standard delivery which was within the next 6 days. & hours later I received an email stating it had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day. Arrived in under 24 hours of placing the order.”

“My first induction hob was faulty and Appliances Direct arranged a replacement to be sent within three days of fist contact. Replacement working well and a very good service from start to finish. Communication was excellent which matters hugely.”

“Very impressed, quick and efficient service, can't fault them. Ordered a food mixer on the Wednesday and received by Friday, couldn't believe it, considering I live in the Isle of Man. Good price as well, didn't find any cheaper, bargain. Obviously a well organized company, what a team. Rob”
