“We purchased 2 ovens, a hobb and a microwave. When our appliances arrived one of the cookers was defective. We called them and they acted so professional and nothing was too much trouble. They sent out a replacement within a week which was in perfect condition. Great service.”

“Such a hassle free experience . Delivery was prompt and the staff who delivered were excellent, friendly and helpful. We had slight damage on our fridge , we called customer services and they sorted everything out for us immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using this company. Fair prices also .”

“Had a new cooker hood delivered as first one was damaged,but appliance direct I cannot fault.as it was collected and a new one dispatched very quickly. But unfortunately the new one was damaged inside,but I managed to sort it out.but again I cannot fault appliances direct I believe hotpoint has cut down on their packaging and this is what causes damage. But I will definitely use appliances direct again,great service and no quibble return.great to see a company treat their customers right,brilliant job.”
