“If you're going to sell American style fridges that are wider than. The standard doors in the UK, you need to let your delivery guys take the doors off. Most, including the one I bought, have quick-release doors. Despite paying for installation, they ended up having to leave the fridge outside the back door, and I took the doors off with a mate that afternoon.”

“I ordered a new fridge freezer hotpoint. Lovely arrived well no issues yet. They are good with communication also. I bought a gas cooker from them 6 months ago also very good no issues. Nice delivery service. I will use them again and again due to good pricing.”

“Needed help replacing a intergrated microwave, old model was stopped making so needed exact measurements. I dealt with a lad called Thomas kaye and he was great, microwave delivered and fitted same day with no issues.”

“I cannot fault them. I originally ordered an integrated fridge freezer and had no knowledge of the different fixings and I ordered the wrong one! The delivery men apologised, explained and took the fridge freezer back. Long story short: I eventually spoke to a nice lady named Syka who sorted it out for me in short order, with politeness and humour, and my fridge freezer, with correct fittings, was installed the same week, and is now happily purring away in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.”

“First BBQ ordered the handle on the lid was broken so we sent it back . With the replaced item I noticed that the door axle did not stay in the hole . Customer services knew about this and sent me the missing part and a copy of the updated manual . It was left out of the manual !”

“Well informed of delivery and check in delivery date due to shipping delay - delivery was on time delivery drivers helped to unpack purchase and check for any damage prior to leaving delivery drivers were polite extremely helpful even asked if they needed to remove shoes prior to entering my house”

“The absolute worst ‘company’ I have ever dealt with. Paid for next day delivery, took day off work (unpaid), get a text ‘sorry we missed you’ MISSED ME? Didn’t even attempt to deliver, rang to ask them to tell the Delvery driver to turn around and deliver my fridge freezer ‘sorry can’t get in touch with him. We’ll book you in for next day, REFUSED to give me my next day delivery fee back, as they hadn’t completed it, after 40 minutes on the phone agreed to £18 of it !!!!!!! Ignoring the fact I lost money taking the day off work; and now I have to lose more money to take the day off work through their incompetence. Then ring me back hours later trying to book me in for not the next day; but TWO days later, because again their incompetence of doing their job ! SHOCKED! Went to curry’s instead !!!!! Do your self a favour and not waste your time or money on this company ! 2 separate phone calls amounting to an hour, of sheer incompetency of their jobs”

“Easy transaction and kept informed of delivery. However the AEG cooker hood has come with a European plug which we will obviously have to change and no instructions manual of how to fit it. This should have been made clear when purchasing it.”
