“Apart from mixup on delivery date, which was sorted quickly, once noticed on tracking app, and a then a small refund given for inconvience of having to phone them, it was all good.”

“Nothing wrong with the appliance or service from delivery drivers. However we paid for collection and recycling of our old fridge too. This wasnt fulfilled as a result of the wrong delivery team being sent. A polite and professional sort of 'it is what it is' was implied over the phone when calling customer services. We were given refund or wait another 2 weeks as options and not much in the way of an apology for their mistake.”
