A damaged combi microwave was delivered. but the response was brilliant and a new one was delivered the following day. Perfect. good staff and delivery.

After the first appliance arriving it turned out to be faulty, after sending a video of the fault to Appliances Direct they swiftly resolved the issue, arranging collection and replacing it with in 5 working days. There CS team where on the case with emails being returned rapidly, there not many companies I am impressed with but there one of them, if they keep this level of CS up they will go far.

Excellent service, Item arrived early, not ideal, but in the current climate I was happy to receive the Range Oven. Delivery guys were excellent as well, oven was approx £500 cheaper than the kitchen company we were using wanted to charge and they Appliance Direct had the oven in stock, whereas the kitchen company didnt. Would reccomend.

Brilliant service. Through no fault of theirs I had to cancel the order even though delivery had been made. Full refund was given with no problem. Easy to contact and very pleasant experience. Will definitely use again

The company sent me a portable air con unit. It was run twice, for a total of around 20 minutes. There was no cooling affect , so I contacted Appliances Direct for a replacement unit. I was asked to send a photo of the unit in place, so I mashed up a picture to send to them. They then replied and said, (with no inspection whatsoever!) I had damaged the machine with the routing of the vent and they would not honour the warranty. Clearly, this a common fault and Appliances Direct feel that this is a way to save money. They have refused any further dialogue and I am left over £300 out of pocket and with a machine that is useless. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent range of goods that are easy to find and compare on their website. Washing machine delivered on agreed date. The courier drive was very helpful and friendly. The washing Miele machine is very well made with a good range of functions and facilities. Could have done without the 'phone call trying to sell me product insurance.

Reluctantly ordered from these as a rival company didn't have stock of an item I wanted. I was assigned a delivery date, and all seemed well. During the following week I was subject to an absolute bombardment of phonecalls trying to sell extended warranty to me. The night before delivery was due, I disconnected my old machine and moved it outside ready for it to be collected and for the new one to be delivered. The next morning I get an automated email saying my delivery date had been pushed back a week. That lack of contact from the company was quite a seachange compared to the three phonecalls daily I was getting when they were trying to sell me something. Anyway, I still wanted the product, so I decided to reconnect my old appliance and reluctantly accept the new date. I then used their webchat feature to get a staff member to confirm that delivery would definitely be happening on the newly assigned date. They "100% guaranteed" that it would be. Ok. So imagine my surprise to find that my new, already delayed delivery date had been moved back again...by a fortnight!!! Cancelled my order. Awaiting a refund. Will order elsewhere when stocks return. Won't be ordering from this company ever again. Shady practices. Sat on nearly £600 for weeks when they clearly had no means or ability of fulfilling my order. Avoid like the plague. Wouldn't order a kettle from them, let alone a washing machine.

Ordered new washing machine plus connection: disconnection and recycling service. It arrived on time but then the delivery men would not connect it up as there was an extension pipe on the washing machine. They could have moved the condenser dryer along and then connected without an extension but no Told them to take it back. Re ordered through AO with NO connection problems plus it was cheaper. This company left me with no washing machine and 4 loads of washing on an easily fixed connection technicality. Go AO ! Mind you give them credit customer service refunded immediately so that part was good. Need to train their fitters better

My experience has been good. Last year ordered a cheap (£400) air con which leaked. Money refunded and excellent pickup service for faulty unit. This week ordered a Delonghi aircon unit on Monday which was delivered the next day. So far so very good. Excellent product, the best price I could find and next day delivery. Early days but very happy so far

Original delivery date for fridge and freezer now missed by 10 days. Have been given 3 delivery dates. Each one missed with zero communication. I’ve had to get in touch with their courier company each time to find out why I haven’t received anything - the Couriers are unable to tell me why they keep missing the delivery. Starting to believe they don’t actually have the products but instead are keeping my one thousand pounds while they wait for new stock. Unable to speak to anyone at Appliances Direct themselves. Totally disgusted by their attitude towards customers.

I brought a washer dryer from appliances direct 2 years ago and have had constant problems with having 7 engineers out (taking weeks to visit leaving me with no washing machine) the engineer has finally agreed it’s faulty and he can’t fix it. I’ve had no one contact me about this and customer service has been absolutely shocking. I will never again buy through this company.

I have ordered from appliance direct twice. First one I had to return as it did not fit in my kitchen so I returned it. I then ordered a smaller unit which should been okay but after over a week of ordering, and delay of delivery, their customer service phoned me to confirm my order which I have already done over a week ago and just waiting for delivery. They didn't decided they could not supply me the item as AEG has not delivered the item to them. Now, the item that I returned has been returned to them for over 3 weeks now and I still have not heard about my refund. It was my fault to order the wrong size at the start but I have returned it properly but I have waited a long time and there is no answer. Poor customer service and bad system of ordering. Needs lots of improvement it seems to me.

An AWFUL ABLEST company. Wasted weeks now trying to organise delivery.They have been told repeatedly I am email only due to disabilities and continuously ignore this and lie about ringing me. First delivery was two hours late and I was leaving for a meeting. They had the cheek to say delivery was refused. Now they have booked it after agreeing to an evening slot for 7am when no one will be present. Draining the life out of me. AVOID!!
