Refund - Difficult

I then received an e mail apologising and gave me another delivery date of 5th March (tomorrow) I have now received another’s e mail saying exactly the same as the first one telling me delivery won’t be happening tomorrow as they need the name of the gas fitter!! I am at my wits end and am now going to demand a refund.

Ordered several items,oven,hob, fridge freezer and sink,all ok except pan stands for hob were damaged on arrival,replaced quickly however new items both arrived damaged and I have had poor customer service since. Been offered £10 refund or £15 credit if I keep the damaged ones and after refusing and just wanting new undamaged ones I have been asked to confirm the part number, surely the company should know there own product numbers!

Disgusted !!! I am now having to go and buy this item elsewhere at the cost of another £425 and wait till they decide they want to refund me.

I bought an hob but it was never delivered and no refund was processed, after two weeks I am still discussing on the customer service who keep delaying and failing to process the refund, I have disputed the transaction with the bank...

Do not Buy they are a Scam I paid 350 for a dishwasher they sent me a smashed up Fishwasher then would only refund the cost of the machine not the 39.

Appliance Direct are refusing a refund as past the 14 day limit and state in the small print it’s only rated to 7degrees to work.

I was told I would get a full refund once I had returned the item! I messaged PayPal to make them aware of the cost involved in returning white goods from Edinburgh to Huddersfield.

Ordered 2x items (washing machine and drier), paid standard delivery. 1x item delivered (drier) then told 2nd item out of stock, no answer from their customer services. Had to go to Curry's to buy a washing machine. No apologies from Appliances Direct; still waiting for refund. Not impressed.

Several hours later I received a text advising that they would not be collecting the machine but would refund the £19.

We paid £19.95 to have our old appliance uplifted only to be told by the delivery guys that ‘they don’t do that’. Would it be too much to ask why the charge was taken by yourselves in the first place? I am promised a refund. Very disappointing.
