Most of the good reviews about this company are about the delivery service (DPD) which I agree are great and should receive credit separately.
Appliances Direct/customer service and returns procedure are terrible.
Please avoid this company.
They are just ignoring me now that I have a return.

I have been waiting for four weeks to get a date for collection of a dishwasher, although they have accepted to replace it and given me a returns ref number: 7780928. So I have an excellently packaged dishwasher occupying space in my garage While we wait to hear of a collection date.
I would not use again.
Believe using the current crisis as an excuse to hang on to our money.
