“Packaging of product was a bit battered but product ok inside. Arrived on time but then it cost £9.99 for postage so nothing particularly impressive.”

“I ordered a kettle and was expecting it within 5 days as stated on the site. At the point of order I was not told it was out if stock and would be delayed. The order tracking did not provide an accurate update. All is well that ends well though”

“Appliance delivered safely. But you need to liaise more carefully with your delivery people because they couldn't deliver on the date that you gave me. Communications need to be looked at.”

“Happy with my cooker so far. Pushy after sales of extra warranty that I deliberately didn’t buy because I do not want it. I have my own appliance cover for all my appliances. Delivery drivers are an embarrassment. Rude, barely acknowledge you. Dumped the cooker and tried to sprint out the door. One was already reversing the lorry before I could inform them I’d paid for the cooker to be unpacked and the rubbish taken away. Laughed at me and made out they knew nothing about it. Proceeded to throw the packaging into my hallway (bits of wood) without a care for my property. Didn’t give me chance to check anything. Reversed over neighbours front lawn on the way out as well. No call prior to delivery that is stated you should get in the emails and texts. Shambles”

“They are good. Quick delivery. But there are much to improve. Website isn’t clear about return and refund policy and website does not show a free customer services number. When you place an order and payment is gone though, you don’t get an order number immediately after the payment clearance. But they still good and prices are less than others. I’ll recommend.”

“Delivery was cancelled twice after paying for next day delivery. The third time I was given a time slot but the goods arrived several hours later. What a waste of my time waiting for these goods. If you cant deliver the next day why offer the service and the same for the following day. If you cant deliver within the time slot don't offer that also.”

“I was a bit disappointed when the original delivery date was changed, but at least I was notified. The cooker is really good and the service was excellent with an easy to order system and being kept informed at all stages of delivery. Good quality at a good price. I do think the delivery should be included in the price though as there is no option to collect! I was shocked when I got to the checkout to find another £19.95 added to the total cost. That is a nasty surprise and when paying almost £300 for something you would expect delivery to be included. Not sure if I would use the company again because of that.”

“The oven I ordered works well for the price, though I paid extra to have next day (Saturday) delivery when my electrician was coming. The oven showed up on the Tuesday... luckily it was easy to install myself and they gave me a refund on my postage. Over all satisfactory.”

“Service and delivery good only one thing the sink does not come with fixing brackets which cost on average about £20 Could’ve brought the sink for one or 2 pound small but with brackets so not much of a bargain as I thought”

“The delivery was on time as expected and we were kept informed about the time regularly. The delivery men struggled to get the over up the stairs, and could have been a bit less rough-shod. We expected a gas hose to be delivered with the oven, but none was.”

“Washing machine it’s self is great. Instillation and recycling not great didn’t do either because they didn’t want to turn the water off so I was told I could only have half my money back for something that didn’t exists.”

“The goods arrived the next day We paid for installation but the men said they oiling get it in the space and would not instal it. My husband aged 84 had removed the old appliance and placed it on the drive. Also we paid fr removal and part of the appliance (the door) was left behind. My husband brought the appliance indoors, put it in the space connected/installed the machine by himself and took the part left behind to the tip. . I was most disappointed with this service.”
