“Wrong description of the item on the website, functionality completley miss-represented, didnt have a replacement that would provide the functionality advertised at all, and wouldnt offer a refund - only a voucher! Avoid - they are a nightmare!”

“Appliances Direct were great. However the washing machine when unwrapped the plug had the earth pin broken, I had to cut the broken plug off and replace it, I thought it was supposed to be a two man delivery team it was only one, The delivery van did not have a tail lift and the driver was dropping the appliances onto a sack trolley. The back of the washing machine also had a dent in the backplate which I removed and straightened out.”

“Your service was excellent,we got exactly the right microwave.We were notified of the time by e-mail. We would definitely use Appliances Direct again.Also the price +delivery charge was such a good price.Next day delivery was wonderful,and would recommend this microwave.We made chips &fish for tea.!Mr Brooks”

“Really pleased with the service from Appliances Direct. I've used them many times. This time I ordered a dehumidifier on a Sunday afternoon & it was delivered next day at noon by DPD. This on just standard delivery, not next day! Price of the unit was really good too. No complaints here!”

“Ordered our dehumidifier on a Sunday afternoon & amazingly it was delivered lunchtime Monday (the next day!!). All this with just standard delivery charged. This is not the first time we have used Appliances Direct. We also bought hobs & ovens from them fairly recently. Each time their service has been excellent. Add to this the very competitive price of our dehumidifier & I've got to say they can't be bettered. PS. I'm not making this up! They really are that good.”

“Absolutely Appalling Customer Service I received a product that was faulty and needed new parts. After chasing Appliances Direct for almost 3 months and getting nowhere I had to speak with the manufacture directly and organise myself. Which I managed to do in two calls. One to the manufacture and one of the manufacture calling me. No compensation was offered from Appliances Direct for the time or money spent which on calls which was over £30, and I received nothing but apathy from the Appliances Direct support team, who for some reason could not pick up a phone to the supplier or follow up an email efficiently. Very very poor to say the least.”

“The only negative review that I will give is that the delivery company ( DPD ) delivered it upside down. As there is a refrigeration compressor inside the dehumidifier this could have seriously damaged the working parts. Everything else was perfect.”
