“Easy to order and pay on line Excellent correspondence on update of order and when would be delivered On morning of delivery had a message to state delivery window and which number I was in delivery, I was number 19 Able to track and countdown to my slot Delivery driver rang to say when he would be arriving Delivery drivers excellent I would order again from AD”

“Poor ordered on a Sunday for following Friday delivery as off work. Didn't come Friday dx say they will deliver Monday so got to take a day off work. Phoned appliances direct said they can do nothing.”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish. Easy ordering, quick delivery, and when there was a problem at point of install (due to my fault), the delivery team suggested ways to solve the issue, and organised for a refund of my install, which I was called back about the same day. Very easy to rearrange deliveries and no extra charges applied. I have ordered from AD twice now and very satisfied both times, I would order from them again.”

“We bought a Smeg fridge freezer from this company , it arrived fine just 2 days after we ordered it, however it turned out to be faulty , Appliancesdirect direct contacted Smeg to arrange for an engineer to call to verify the fault , this he did , Appliancesdirect arranged it to be returned and we received our full refund 3 working days later , well done Appliancesdirect, thank you .”

“Bit of everything really! My emails were hacked and despite at least 6 calls to operators who sadly I couldn't understand...who couldn't understand when phoning me back with the code...my call guardian..so when item delivered it had to be returned as no code had been sent to my landline phone...it came the next day after you reconfigured the code to my mobile. Also..when ordering the website showed free fitting...it didn't happen and am.unable to check original order. So...not good and hampered by foreign voices.”

“I ordered a TV for a meeting Monday morning, paid Saturday delivery. No delivery, no updates, a 15 pound refund useless to me when I needed the TV this morning. No details on APC Overnight tracking, couldn't call or speak to anyone, promised a call by 11am. Amusing it's 11am, no phone call - no tracking details, no idea when the order will show up or if its going to show up.”

“The most disreputable company I've dealt with in years. Ordered a new Gas Hob from them and it arrived damaged. They are doing everything to avoid replacing with a new undamaged replacement Only offered a worthless voucher for their own products. Why would I wish to order from them again? Don't touch them.”

“Very happy from placing the order to receiving it,. Great customer service, the driver called before delivery, and we're very friendly and polite and helpful bless them.,they took my cooker all the way to the kitchen carrying it very carefully. I haven't tried my cooker yet helpful it will be great as the customer service Thank you”
