“I was a bit nervous about using AD, as they were a lot cheaper than other places and I'd not used them before. I bought a range oven at 4.30pm on a Friday, and blow me down....9.30am Saturdy morning 2 guys are in my porch with my oven!😲 I just couldn't believe the speed and efficiency of the service. They also kept me updated on its delivery throughout. There should be more than 5 stars available for this company, simply faultless, thank you so much! I'd recommend u to everyone.”

“Every step was easy from start to finish. Tumble dryer arrived as advised. Works well,very happy. Only comment the delivery man did not unpack so I Had to get rid of the packaging.”

“Happy with the fire we had from them. We had our delivery put back twice due to stock issue. The actual delivery was good though. No damages on the fire as was packed really well. Happy to have it finally on the wall.”

“Item in stock for collection which was handy as it was a replacement for a customer so it meant they weren’t having to wait around for delivery. However due to Covid restrictions allow plenty of time if collecting as Elland warehouse was busy.”

“Absolutely appalling service, to start with it was delivered in a van stood on end and not on the base as the box states it should be, when un packaged it had a broken screen, called up and they raised a collection. On the day of collection they had not arrived by 4pm i was told to wait at work until 6pm. No one arrived so called up the next day to be told they had a problem with the paperwork. Now it cant be collected until next Tuesday?? I cant begin to describe how annoyed i am buying a next day tv to be looking at a week later with no tv. APPALLING.”
