“Excellent tv at a very competitive price coupled with a five year warranty. Item delivered on time and kept informed all the way with a phone call 30 mins before delivery. Excellent service.”

“I had originally ordered the same appliance from another provider and they were taking almost a month to deliver. I cancelled, got a refund and ordered from appliances direct... delivered in 2 days... amazing!”

“Ordered over Christmas/New Year/ Covid-19 period so very pleased with speed of fulfilling my order. Communications pre-delivery very good. The driver was courteous, helpful, using PPE and respectful of social distancing. Couldn't ask for more, thank you”

“Great service, I ordered my fridge freezer and washer dryer over the Christmas period and with covid 19 I assumed that there would be delays but the items arrived on the day, they kept me up to date with delivery tracking from the day I ordered up to the moment they arrived, I would definitely recommend and use again, thank you”

“Ordered a mobile air conditioning unit. Price was £150 down on what were going to pay for it last year. Order process was very easy, great updates as to progress of our order then delivered way in advance of projected delivery date. Havent tried the product yet but it was selected for us by a friend with a commercial air conditioning company so sure it will be as top as he says it will.”

“good price but there is a delivery fee unlike other websites. delivery was not organised well. i picked a date at checkout that i knew I would be in. I then recieved a text one day to say they were changing delivery date, if it was no good i had to text back no by 12.00 (this was around 10.00). But i was sleeping between nightshifts so did not see this text until after 12.00. I text back no but the delivery still came on the amended date that was no good to me.”
