The fire itself is surprisingly realistic and finished in a lovely matt blue colour.
Doesn't operate very well at less than half power. Flame just goes out.

Our customer service advisor offered two options. We could collect the heater and replace the regulator for you or send a new regulator for you to change it.
Changing a regulator is a very simple task completed by the end-user when a regulators lifespan has expired or develops a fault.
You informed our customer service advisor that you would prefer the replacement regulator. Your son-in-law would change it for you.
The replacement regulator was sent the very next day.

“We ordered this heater after reading the reviews, and needed a heater with thermostat.
Heater came quick, put gas bottle on and tried to light it, it did not even light! Had to use an external igniter and even then it struggled to light. It seems like the gas pressure to the pilot is too high as the flame when it does light keeps blowing off the pilot nozzle.
When it does light it is very affective even that’s main flame is noisy.
Would I recommend it? No I wouldn’t.”

“12 months on, I have no idea how you get away with selling these. It no longer lights completely and when it does it will flame up 3 or 4 times and it takes an age to light completely whilst in the mean time the room stinks of unburnt gas. So unsafe that you can't light it and leave the room the heater is in. I would love to know how long you test them for, I am ready to throw it away because it's not safe to sell on. What a rip off. DO NOT BUY UNSAFE!!!!”
