“I recently purchased a Westinghouse refrigerator from Appliances Online on Saturday 12/04/2025. I’m thoroughly impressed with their delivery service! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The website was easy to navigate, making it simple to choose the right fridge for my needs. Once I placed my order, I received timely updates on the delivery status, so I knew exactly when to expect my new appliance. At the end of the day, you can find a good deal anywhere however you can’t find such an impressive customer service anywhere, starting from Ben in the customer service over the phone to the delivery team. Rod and Dakota arrived right on time, and they were incredibly professional. They handled my refrigerator with care and ensured it was set up properly in my kitchen. They also took the time to explain the setup process and answered any questions I had about the fridge. What really stood out to me was their high communication level, politeness and attention to details, They even moved the old refrigerator away, which saved me a ton of hassle. “We had a Bosch semi integrated dishwasher installed today 19/04/24 by Appliances on Line.They are tricky because of the timber panel in front plus the old one was 25yrs old (Bosch).The installer Abdul was fantastic and was not content until he got it absolutely perfect,if buying a dishwasher from Appliances ask for Abdul to install it you’ll be glad you did. The price and everything else as usual was first rate from Appliances we only buy Bosch and only from Appliances on Line Elyse.H”

“I purchased a Fisher and Paykel 494litre capacity refrigerator from AOL, Bendigo on Fri 2 Feb which was delivered to Macedon at 1:50 pm Mon 5 Feb. The product was at the best price available, and the company kept me informed as to where my order was at, even confirming the delivery time on the Monday morning. The delivery was made by AOL contractor, Vikrant and his brother who were most efficient, courteous and personable and took the utmost care as to ensure that they didn't damage anything during their manoeuvres with the large fridge through the house. Extremely impressed with the whole operation.”

“I have always bought appliances from stores, I was unable to get the model microwave I wanted and was told it would take about 4 weeks before it was in SA. Ordered microwave yesterday through AO in the afternoon and it was delivered before 12 noon today. Excellent customer service. I was kept informed of delivery time. Service delivery guy was polite and helpful. No hesitation about using in the future.”
