“Everything was pretty seamless, the only thing was was after I had ordered I had an email with a delivery ETA of about 2 months longer than what the website said. I wrote back to cancel the order and the customer service was excellent, everything was cancelled and refunded super quick.”
“Items were listed in stock, not listed as "at warehouse" and took an unreasonable amount of time to be acquired and shipped. Items then arrived piecemeal instead of together in one box over the span of over a week. Ordered well within time of reasonable shipping for Valentines day as a gift to my wife, and was a month beyond that when I received every item.
This was right before the Covid fiasco affected shipping in early February. Not ordering from you again.”
