“Delivery time was not as expected then when trying to amend then address this was not possible. I wasn't able to contact anyone or get a response.
I also emailed advising that the rug smelt so bad when we unrolled it and the edges didn't flatten, I received a response asking for photos, which were emailed through but no further correspondence.
The Rug actually smelt so bad that the large room needed to be continually fumigated and made a huge disruption to the people working in the space - who weren't even in the same room as the rug.”
