“April and Oak fail to communicate with the customer despite many attempts to contact them in the ways they request. They do not answer any phone calls. After repeated queries as to when my order might be slipped, all I eventually got was an email from a third party to say my order was dispatched. Obviously this is how A and O work, it's just not good enough.”
