Do not use this company, they are scammers. I have never received the item I paid for. They do not respond to emails, I have had to raise a dispute with my bank.

Do not use this company! They take your money for products they don’t have and don’t pay the refund. One excuse after another!!!

They do not send the goods because they do not pay their bills to the suppliers so they don't receive the goods. Scammers is the only way I can describe a company that still has an active website yet have been unable to supply orders to customers for months.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. I ordered a bedroom set consisting of two bedside tables, one console and one mirrored chest of drawers. The set is a gorgeous mirrored set, however the mirrored glass on the bottom drawer of the chest was broken when I received it. Despite contacting company via messaging system, phone and email countless times I either got auto reply or NO reply (to detailed emails). After many months of attempting to get through and threatening further action I gave up. It was like the company did not exist. They totally ghosted me. I look at that broken panel every single day and it makes me so angry. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I only wish I had read all the negative reviews before I purchased from these crooks.

i wish i read the reviews before ordering from this company. ordered a tv unit, it was delivered all broken and i have chased this problem up for weeks only to be told that they can’t replace the item and i must dispose the item myself !! i will never order from this company again

Hi Jenna, Unfortunately, goods can be mishandled by couriers which can create a negative experience, however, we are always willing to remedy this. Regarding the request to dispose of the item, that is a valid point and well-noted. We will look at a solution going forward. However, it is important to raise that most couriers will not collect an item without packaging, hence why it was requested that you dispose of it yourself. I can see this was resolved for you. Order from April & Oak, was not happy with purchase as didnt see that there were 2 different sizes for the 1 product. Believed I was getting the smaller version. Contacted them to organise a reund and return the product. Still waiting for the couriers to pick up item and havent heard anything from April and Oak for 2 weeks. Will never order from them again. Very unhappy customer. Communication is poor

We will take on that feedback to make sure it is more clear that the product differences are made to be more clear. Furthermore, it is important that we add, when booking in a return it is really out of our hands when it comes to the couriers' collection from your home, as they are all 3rd party companies. It also depends on your location and the nearest depot. However, I'm glad it was all resolved in the end.

Only orders of a higher dollar value are reliably/efficiently processed (larger orders suffer no issues, where a smaller order is problematic and ignored). Customer service email replies are standard script and do not try to solve the customer's issue; a useful response will come at delay. Online chat is unavailable during published times. Have always been directed to leave voice messages via phone contact, during business. hours.

I ordered a rug which I took months to arrive. I tried to follow up via calls, emails to the company and it took days/weeks for someone to contact me. I was told each time the rug was on its way and I should have it in the next week. This was not the case. Other times I called and the person informed me there was no record of my rug being shipped. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing and I found the customer service appalling. I wouldn’t shop here again.

My product took so long to arrive, my emails wouldn’t be answered, I couldn’t get straight answers. I actually thought the company was a front and going to just take my money. The only reason I believe I finally got my product is because I formally lodged a report with PayPal.

Extremely disappointed we did not receive the table top with our order and in follow up with emails and calls had no response back from your team. Quick to take the money but forever to respond to any issues customers have, extremely poor service especially with Aftersales.

Absolutely dreadful. I ordered a white clock and received a green one. I've left repeated voice mails sms & emails over the last 8 days requesting the clock be collected and myself refunded. No one's rung & nothing's been done. Disgraceful.

Received a damaged item, contacted April and Oak and received a satisfactory solution of a 40 per cent refund or replacement. Still waiting on acknowledgment of my acceptance and refund to be processed 10 days later

Items were listed in stock, not listed as "at warehouse" and took an unreasonable amount of time to be acquired and shipped. Items then arrived piecemeal instead of together in one box over the span of over a week. Ordered well within time of reasonable shipping for Valentines day as a gift to my wife, and was a month beyond that when I received every item. This was right before the Covid fiasco affected shipping in early February. Not ordering from you again.

Delivery time was not as expected then when trying to amend then address this was not possible. I wasn't able to contact anyone or get a response. I also emailed advising that the rug smelt so bad when we unrolled it and the edges didn't flatten, I received a response asking for photos, which were emailed through but no further correspondence. The Rug actually smelt so bad that the large room needed to be continually fumigated and made a huge disruption to the people working in the space - who weren't even in the same room as the rug.

Really poor service. I brought a tray which arrived damaged and faulty. It has mismatching handles, the timber is cracked, the screws are different - there's no way it can be used. I contacted April & Oak twice to tell them about the issue and ask what they could do, and they didn't respond.
