“I found the service unprofessional. I received no immediate receipt after my purchase, nor any emails or updates of when my purchase would aren’t. It was only after I read many bad reviews that I called and threatened them with negative media coverage if my rug did not show up soon after.
Suddenly, they were very helpful and my rug turned up a short time later.

“I find it unjustified to give a higher rating because the nature of online ordering is that it's meant to faceless and therefore missing the real customer service experience. No one asked me what I was looking for, made suggestions etc to make sure my choice was personalised. The whole process just felt automated and streamlined.”

“Long wait for updates on the item being sent. Had no idea it was coming from an external supplier. Expected postage delays but didn’t expect dispatching to take 3 weeks. I had to chase for information. At this stage, would not order again. All staff I dealt with were polite (although was unable to doesn’t in person - was sent texts which was a bit strange when I called to query).”
