“ They were extremely rude on the telephone while trying to achieve this, and then gave false information and a forged delivery signature to the bank when I tried to get a charge back on my credit card. ”

We were told lie after lie such as items broken in transit (twice!), left on the lorry, courier still has them. We were given about 5 different delivery days. Eventually 2 items arrived but after over a month of waiting we asked for a refund on the 3rd item. Dreadful customer service. ”

“ where do i begin? ordered items for full bathroom suite at a cost of £835 including next day (26/4/19) delivery, most of the items were delivered however the panel for the shower was missing when we contacted the company, we were told that it had been damaged in transit and they were not aware until now. ”
