“Service was very quick. One of my plants wasn't very healthy looking but this issue was resolved straight away. I contacted you and the next day I was told that you would replace the plant. Still waiting for the new one to arrive but satisfied with the outcome. The rest of my order was in great condition and I was very happy with all the other products I ordered. I will most definately be ordering from you in the future as your prices are very reasonable. Thank you very much.”

“Ordered red root floater 1-2 grow and it came completely dead, every leaf has fallen off and the roots were dead. Tried contacting through email and the website to no avail, very very unhappy, waste of money.”

“5 out of the 6 plants arrived in excellent condition. One was a bit brown. The speed of delivery was amazingly quick, i.e. 2 days after I'd placed the order, in the evening (as was my last order from them). One way that the website could perhaps be improved is if the plants were more categorised, such as 'stem plants', 'background plants', and 'easy care plants', but this is being quite picky! Everything seems fairly priced.”
