*** avoid at all costs. They don’t deliver your items and then charge you for them.

My bed arrived very quickly. Couldn't assemble myself but my husband found it quite easy. Delighted with it in my bedroom!

Pretty poor customer service. I ordered a bed ( which itself was decent quality) from them which arrived damaged. When i reported this i was told that i would need to email them a photo of the damaged part before it would be replaced.

Online order placed-delivery did not turn up on the day specified. Waited in all day and no one called to advise. Product completely different to online description and told I would have to pay £70 for collection if I wanted to return it or go to Post Office and send independently.

I ordered bed and took a days holiday as I live on my own and no one else to take in. Delivery was due between 8 am and 6 pm. By 7pm i guessed by new bed was a pipe dream. I will have to call them tomorrow . Communication very poor and a waste of a days holiday. Would not use again

Delivery of beds is shocking!! 3 times and still no bed. Service by the team is really bad not helpful at all

Very uncaring customer service and they expect little old ladies resisiding on their own to move their old matttress by themselves. I was told that they would not help with old mattress removal, not even to the outside.

Let down significantly by delivery, which seems to be a common problem. Lack of apology, no follow up calls or email from company indicating a lack of concern and care for the customer. For us , running our own business, reliability is a key reason for using one company over another. Sorry Archers, you could have turned this around by being more efficient and just caring a bit more so we will not be using you again.

SHOCKING COMPANY!!!Everything went wrong. Delivery was awful, Didn't turn up when they said. No communication to say it wasn't being delivered. After it was eventually delivered i contacted them to let them know and i didn't hear anything back. Extremely rude and would never use this company again. Please avoid.

Ordered a bed but when it arrived I phoned the shop with a question. The manager did call back and started quoting terms and conditions at me without even asking if there was a solution to the problem. I didn't bother listening to him. He wont need to bother listening to me in the future either. I will be going else where

Euro King divan bed and headboard order. Ordered the divan base and headboard easily enough on the Archers website, arranged the delivery, and a couple of weeks later the divan base arrived (damaged, a rip on the top). No headboard. Archers chased that up and a week or so later a headboard duly arrived, but it was a UK King sized headboard, so didn’t fit the Euro King base. A second headboard was arranged, and a couple of weeks later that arrived. Another UK King. A third headboard was arranged, which took longer, as I had to take photos of the first two to prove that I was being sent the wrong ones (surely someone must have known what they were shipping out to me). The courier didn’t deliver on the day stated, so another week went by, but then finally after almost two months, and taking 5 days off work to wait in for couriers, I received the correct headboard. In fairness to them Archers were mostly good at responding to e-mails, but as the bed and headboard were sent direct from the manufacturer it just seemed to take a long time for them to find out any information, and they seemed to have no control at all over what was happening. Overall not a great experience. Maybe the manufacturer doesn’t sell many Euro King beds and we were just unlucky, but wouldn’t use again.

After ordering a set of chest of draws in August they arrived damaged! Agreed to change draws for a new pair but would be back in stock untill the end of Oct! Nov comes and no update on new draws! Finally get sent a new set which are also damaged! Phoned to report, had no apology, took them 3weeks to organise for them to be recollected and still haven’t issued me my refund that was agreed! Absolutely useless company. Would avoid like the plague

It was terrible from start to finish - placed order online no confirmation after ringing 3 times mattress arrived without any trouble but the bed was a different story didn't inform us when it was coming luckily we were in when it arrived act able and chairs set and no bed frame! Got my name on another order someone got my bed frame rang bed firm up no apology but said bed would arrive soon (no date given ) after numerous phone calls bed arrived with headboard damaged - another round of phone calls followed eventually replacement headboard arrived along with a replacement bed (which we didn't accept)the delivery men also asked me to hand over the table and chairs which I did not have The firm just needs to train it's staff to be more organised and also how to deal with complaints in a sympathetic manner Will.not be be using this company again It was a bad experience and should not have happened Never did get my purchase confirmation!!!
