“Ordered 2 pair of shoes and they are a whole size to small. You can’t even do an exchange through the mail, even when you buy it on line. You have to take your item back to a store and all of the stores are closed in the US. So I guess you have to travel across how many states to even find a store when or if they even reopen. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Way to complicated to exchange an item!!!”

i call the store, yes, I can take it back,but they only issue credit on a gift card!!! (The girl at Park Royal store was super nice and apologetic. I feel sorry that she works there, because I am sure peoples complains must be endless)
I do not want credit, I would like money back since you sold me an item that is not what it is supposed to be. If I return by mail, I have to pay for shipping and they take $5 for restocking fee!!!!
Absolute joke!!! Also skirt for my daughter shows up with tag thru the zipper, so it cannot be zipped up before cutting the tag. Good luck trying that on if you want to make sure it fits.

“They care more about money than customers. They wouldnt answer my calls or emails, and refused to refund me when I used a gift card to buy a couple items and with the remaining balance I used my credit card and it ALL got charged to my credit card and they refused to refund me.

“The staff at Dufferin Mall location are very rude. They should go to customer service school or the manager should train their staff about customer service. I was at the store one time and saw the shoes that I like. The sign said 50% off but when I went to the cashier the cashier said is only 30% off. I told the cashier the sign said 50% off so the cashier went to the shoe section and came back to say it’s 30% off. So I said I don’t want to take it but went back to the shoe section to check if I was wrong. The sign said it’s 50% off and went back to the cashier and told her about the sign. So she sent another cashier to check it out and she saw that I was right. She said that the sign was wrong but will give me the 50% off. They were not even apologetic about the incident and made me feel that I was the one who made a mistake. It took two cashiers and 15 minutes to cash me out. I wouldn’t recommend this store because of the staff here. Really disappointed with my experience here.”
