It was booked into our stock and sold only to you.\n\n*Dear Ali,\n\n*The issue you mentioned in your return request has been thoroughly tested and we could not reproduce it ourselves, we tried multiple CPU coolers and all worked.\n\n*Our team have investigated your accusation that the motherboard you were sold had been used as we do not restock returned items. The goods came to us from an official ASUS distributor fully boxed with the manufacturers tamper proof seal so it was not possible you were sold a used motherboard."
