“You made it hard for to get my part.im still fighting to get my part. I don't have any felonys or a creminal back ground and i was denied my part.now im waiting on my letter to see why.It's stuped because i had a gun in my name before now Im just fucked for my part and i don't know what to do but wait to see why i was denied by them.No will never recommend any one to you because i woulded want the to lose money like i did.”

Sir, you ordered your part on 7 March and it was delivered to your FFL on 9 March. Your failure of a background check has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the part you received from us or the service we provided you. We have nothing to do with your background, or qualifications to possess a regulated item. If you are unable to pass a background check, contact your FFL and request to have the item sent back to us for a return.

“The team at Arm or Ally accidentally sent over the straight trigger instead of the curved because the product was labeled incorrectly. When I reached out to notify them they addressed the issue quickly and I even received the correct trigger within a few days. Great customer service will definitely be trusting them with my purchases again.”

“I ordered starline 6.5 Grendel brass but haven’t had a chance to load these yet. shipping was fast ! It is quality brass and in good clean condition. This company had what I needed in stock when almost everyone else did not. So far seems like a quality company that provides excellent service with a fantastic product inventory.
