Andrew, you communicated to us that you received a defective barrel (workmanship issue on the crown) on 3/21. We had a response to you within 4 minutes, and a ticket open on your behalf with the manufacturer to have it replaced directly since we were out of stock. It was to our surprise, Faxon did not get back to you in a timely manner, and when you emailed us 3/31, we shipped you another barrel, and a return label to send back the defective one. Please understand that it is normal to wait several days for a response from a manufacturer given the environment right now. We encourage honest reviews, but please be honest we simply ask you to be honest in your reviews. Stating we did nothing to help is not the truth, Andrew.

“I am super happy with the item I ordered and super happy with Arm or Ally for shippint ig to me fast and for the best price I could find. Trust me I looked long and hard for this brace too and they not only had it in stock but had it for the lowest price. I am considering ordering another one before Uncle Sam makes them a no no.
