“Customer services was outstanding and very timely. I found the gift idea online 2 weeks before the wedding. I was worried about the timing but it arrived with 2 days to spare! The wine box was amazing and my brother and his new wife loved it!”

“I would not hesitate to order another item from them. Initially the picture I sent was not of high quality and they emailed me to ask for another one. I was able to obtain a high resolution picture and the item arrived today. It is spectatular.”

“Was fantastic. Came in good time. Engravings a lovely. The wine going in will be awesome! Only thing is would have been good if had a few extra seals for when you've put in the wines. In case you seal and want to add a little something you didn't think of earlier. GREAT PRODUCT! Pete.”

“A girlfriend of mine showed me pictures of her Bridal Shower gift of the 3 Anniversary Wine bottle box/holder. It was so beautiful I just had to order one for my Godson that was getting married! The website was so very easy to navigate, so many choices too! I included a picture from social media, then Stacie contacted me to let me know that the picture was very pixelated and blurry. I was able to attach a different picture and Stacie sent me a proof of how it would look on the wooden box. Thank you Stacie! Because of all of you at Artificer Wood Works, my Godson and his new wife were AWED and AMAZED at the wonderful, beautiful, and magnificent creation that they will be able to enjoy for a lifetime!!”

“I can't possibly put into words how incredibly special I think this is. I ordered the photo box for an anniversary present and used a photo of the bride and groom. Not only is it the most personal and unique gift I've ever seen, but the service was impeccable as well. I had a few questions before I ever ordered it and they responded the same day. “We ordered a double wine box and the engraving is just beautiful! We were able to proof the picture, which is their wedding invitation, before engraving started. My experience was awesome from ordering from the website to e-mailing customer service. My questions were answered right away and I was e-mailed every step of the way! Shipping was so quick, too! Perfect for our London friends! I'm sure they'll love it! I would recommend this company to everyone!!”

“I have ordered two wedding gifts from Artificer Wood Works and will continue to do so. They're such beautiful, unique gifts! The first order I had shipped to myself and I filled it with wine and the second I purchased wine and sent it straight to the couple. Both experiences were fantastic! I had a couple questions about how the box/wine would arrive and my customer service experience was unmatched.
