“I purchased an anniversary box for one of my good friends as a wedding present. I knew of Artificer because we had received a wine box for our wedding, and we loved it. The process of ordering was simple, along with the personal follow-up prior to construction of the box. The bride and groom both love the product as much as my wife and I love ours! “I purchased the iPhone amplifier for my husband for Christmas and we absolutely loved it. As my husband is particularly difficult to shop for, his excitement for this piece of art was a joy to watch. The amplifier works so well and we were playing music all over the house using the amplifier.”

“I've purchased three different times from Artificer Wood Works in 11 months: a wedding gift and two individual housewarming gifts. Each represents a unique, sophisticated, yet affordable, thoughtful present from me to the respective recipients. The selection process, including the inspired suggested designs, and the purchase process were excellent, right down to the hand-written note cards. In layman's terms, this is a very "classy" way to conduct business. I experienced one small glitch in the website operation, but the staff was quick to respond and assured me the issue soon will be resolved. These transactions were a very positive experience. Even this, the comprehensive customer follow-up, is impressive. I'll certainly consider this organization's products and services in the future. My only hesitation comes in that I have trouble recommending Artificer Wood Works, because I don't want the world to know about the "gold mine" I've discovered. Thank you for allowing this feedback.”

“Anniversary box came out amazing and on schedule as I needed it rushed...but that did not degrade the quality. Made the perfect gift for my wine loving aunt. She loved it and says everyone who comes over comments on how beautiful it is. Customer service was a breeze to work with and quick to respond. Couldn't have been any better of an experience or product.”

Artificer provided us with an anniversary wine box that met all our expectations. In addition to the outstanding work quality, Artificer delivered a day earlier than promised. “I ordered this gift for my daughter for a housewarming gift. It was easy to order, was delivered in a timely fashion, and though I have only seen a picture of it, it seems to be quality work. I was very impressed with the website and the care that is taken in making the products. I have so much confidence in the quality, service and attention to detail, that I intend to use Artificer Wood Works again when ordering gifts for other people.”

“The website/online ordering process was super easy - love that they give you options to choose from! My box arrived quickly and was packaged excellently (I work for a distributor so I've seen it all). The box itself was beautiful. Not perfectly etched like a machine made it, but handmade. And it comes with filler which is awesome!!”

“My wife and I looked for the perfect gift for a good friend who was getting married. When we came up short going from store to store we decided to shop online. We were glad we did. Not only did we find the wedding in a box gift, we knew our friend would appreciate it for the rest of their marriage. The personalization and attention to detail made the difference and our gift was a big hit and the talk of the reception.”

“Artificer Wood Works is absolutely amazing! First it arrived super quick! I was nervous because as the true procrastinator I am, I waited two weeks before our wedding to order a wine box for our ceremony and was nervous that it wouldn't arrive in time. It did, and way before expected! Then I opened the box and the craftsmanship is nothing short of perfection, like literally. And finally just the little things made my experience 5 star - such as after receiving my order confirmation I was introduced to their dogs on the next page :-) and when I received my box "Thank you" was handwritten on the shipping label. I could go on and on, but basically.....5 star service!”
