“The product is well made and exactly what is advertised. That is normally the end of a product review, but I want buyers to know that this company doesn't just stuff the product in a box and send it to you. “What an amazing experience! Rich was unbelievably helpful. Walked me through the process and helped me customize a anniversary wine box for my brothers wedding gift. All the boxes I was finding online didn't have all the components I really wanted in this special gift. I emailed asking if i could customize something. Putting their names on the box and actual open on dates on the pull tabs ( expecting that this wasn't going to attainable) much to my surprise Rich said that it was not a problem at all :) he even worked with me to meet my very tight deadline, sending proofs of the box back and forth and making it and sending it out all within 1 or two days, unbelievable! I don't know many companies who have amazing customer service and super fast processing times. Thank you so much. You guys rock!!”
