“09-05-2024 Ordered and paid in full for the roasted bean color degree analyzer 3 days ago, when they showed the item to be in stock on their website. Did not receive any shipment information from Artizan Coffee. When I inquired about the status of my order and its shipment, someone by the name of "Lovely" without any explanation just canceled my purchase and decided to refund and credit back the paid amount. Just like that. Very inconsiderate and untrustable. It was a disappointing experience this time around, as their returning customer. I reached out to Julio, at Artizan Coffee as his contact name and email address was listed on the factory (located in Taiwan) list of distributors for US market in Florida. I am not sure if he is the owner of Artizan coffee or what position he holds in that company, but he also failed to respond to my email as well. When I did an inquiry so he could look into the matter ( order # 93366) and reported this matter. Again, very disappointed and total waste of time and energy. Under current circumstances other distributors should be considered due to their poor service and no follow-ups. For this transaction and at this time, I give them a 0 out of 10. Period! M. Oskoui”

“Artizan coffee makes the best flavored pods that fit our nespresso machine. We've tried other sellers, but often the pods were either shoddy or the flavor was shoddy. Artizan is the best of both words. Highly recommend!”

“Artizan makes the best low acid coffee pods that were recyclable & compatible with the Nespresso Original/L'Or systems. I'm so glad I found Artizan Coffee Company. The coffee pods work beautifully in my L'Or Coffee Machine. The coffee is excellent. Both my taste buds and my tummy are exceptionally happy! Even better than the L'Or recyclable pods which I have to ship back for recycling, I love that I can pop the Artizan pods right into my kitchen compost bucket! The only drawback...I need to use 2 Artizan Espresso pods to get a full cup of in my L'Or machine. Would really love it if Artizan would work with L'Or to make a full-sized pod.”
