I just placed my first order to be used in a Nespresso machine and am not happy with the quality. The coffee is very watery and one of the pods even broke open while in operation.

Fast delivery (even in COVID times!), superior product. I had stopped using my espresso machine because I was upset about the waste my previous pods were making; It feels good to know these pods are biodegradable—I am excited every time I use my machine now!

Nespresso recently had a limited edition cafecito de Cuba pod, which I loved, but it's been discontinued so I went searching for an alternative and found Artisan. I bought their version of Cuba flavor but it was awful. Tasted old, weak on both espresso & ristretto settings, so I returned everything, including 3 other varieties. Shipping was fast but I don't mind waiting for food coffee. This wasn't it. Also you have to pay for return shipping so that's a turn off.

Even though I have one of the Nespresso machines said to be compatible with these capsules, these capsules almost broke my machine. And Customer Service is refusing to refund my order since I have used the capsules. I was excited to use a non-Nespresso brand but let this be a warning to others...not worth it.

I would like someone to please contact me...as I need to return my coffee purchase for a refund. Sadly, the pods do not work with my Nespresso machine...the plastic pods break and leave leave chards of coffee in the machine...making a terrible mess. jadeschneringer@gmail.com

Doesn’t brew properly and after the first shot all that happens is hot water comes out. When you use an Nespresso capsule you get coffee the entire time. Tastes average as well. I purchased because it’s organic but it’s an inferior coffee

The first capsule I used the foil separated from the capsule in the machine so no coffee. The second capsule I only got a dribble of coffee out of it. Wasted $50 on this stuff

These pods are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, do not waste your money on them! They either break apart in your machine, get completely stuck, and no espresso comes out and water goes everywhere. We will be asking for a refund and never purchasing them again!

My Nespresso Original Line machine makes some noises that sound like it is struggling quite a bit with these pods, so I am not sure how compatible they really are. - Most importantly, the coffee simply does not taste good compared to the pods from Nespresso. - The coffee that comes out is watery. Goes back to the question of whether it really is compatible with Nespresso machines. - There is no crema. - I also had a hard time finding any composting instructions even though at purchase it was labeled as compostable (Do I need to peel the foil off? Is the outside plastic cup compostable, or only the coffee inside?)

Using these pods ruined our DeLonghi Nespresso machine. We have a significant quantity of unusable pods and had to buy a new machine.

I love the idea of organic coffee but the plastic pods don’t work well with the Nespresso machine They leak into the container receptacle and therefore the coffee is super weak. I wanted to love it, but now am stuck w a lot of coffee that i can’t use :(

White Rhino was undrinkable. I also noticed that the plastic capsules are causing my Nespresso machine to emit more water than a Nespresso capsule does after it’s brewed

pods do not work most of the time. clear water comes out. poor customer service when reported problem. they blamed machine but machine works perfectly with nespresso brand.
