“I have been searching for organic Nespresso-compatible pods, and I specifically wanted decaffeinated coffee. Artizan is one of the very few who offer this. Their organic decaf is pleasant enough, but it is so terribly weak that I often use two pods for my latte. This makes it quite expensive.”

“I was disappointed because the Nespresso capsules do not fit my Nespresso machine. We have larger capsules. Are they available? The website should make this clear as to which machine it works with...”

“I would like to give you 5 stars but your customer service is so lacking...it is not a good way to keep customer loyalty...no return of phone calls, emails and chat that says we respond immediately is nonexistent! Gave me a discount coupon that ordering would not accept.”

“Mio Cuba lacked the crema I'm used to with nespresso pods. Descent flavor. And smoothness. Too mild for a latte or any additions. Would not purchase again. Degradable pods work ed well with nespresso originaline.”

“I BOUGHT 2 FLAVORS HAZELNUT AND VANILLA THE COFFE TASTE LIKE CHEMICAL FLAVOR AND NOT THE REAL THING . I AM NOT GOING TO REORDER ANYMORE . I CAN BUY FROM OTHER SOURCES FOR LESS AND FREE SHIPPING . THANK YOU .”

“I was really excited about an environmental-friendly and organic alternative to Nespresso, but the coffee itself was not quite as good as the original. I found that it lacks intensity, aroma and consistency among the pods.”

“Some of these pods were not acceptabe. The heavenly decaf is so weak, hasno taste. The CUBA is pretty good, as is the Stout. I wont reorder Copmpostable pods are great, but it's too hard to remove the tops.”

“Coffee was of good quality but I do not seem to get the same amount of crema as I do with an actual Nespresso pod. Not sure if that's a sizing issue or has to do with the grinds are how tightly they are packed but the extraction is definitely different.”

“I was drawn to ordering from this company because of the stated compatibility with Nespresso machines as well as the organic and fair trade coffee. Unfortunately, I find with my Nespresso machine, the coffee comes out of the capsule for a very short time until it turns watery. It looks like the capsules don't get perforated enough to let out the right amount of coffee. So I guess if one just wants a very small amount of coffee, it works but that's not what I was hoping for.”

“The flavor is good. I like that it is organic. But the catch basin fills with liquid very quickly. Not entirely convinced that the pods are compostable. Time will tell.”
