“I love the coffee .. sometimes they don’t pop and only water comes out. Sometimes they fall straight through the Chanel and so I find them a bit unpredictable”

Hello, Thanks for your review. Try the following before you brew your next capsule. Run a shot without a capsule in the machine, discard the water and then try brewing one of our capsules. This will help clear any debris from the brewing chamber, warm your cup, and improve consistency. Kind Regards Artizan Coffee Co.

“Not much flavor. All the pods have the same packaging so once you remove them from the sleeve you are unable to tell which blend it is.”

“This is some of the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. We use the espresso pods which are compostable. No more driving to the UPS store to ship for recycling. My wife likes the decaf and flavors available. My favorite is the Cuban.”
