I was really excited to try all the different coffees from Artizan with my Nespresso as I liked that they are organic, fair trade and better for the environment. Sadly, I find this coffee to be really weak and poor tasting. The only variety that even comes close in the Cuban, but even that pales in comparison to what I get from Nespresso. In addition, a few of the pods haven't worked in that the whole top came off dripping coffee down into the pod bin. I won't order again.

Hello Ayla, It’s unfortunate that you decided to give our company a negative review based on the status of your shipment. You placed your order on April 19th at 7:57 AM and we fulfilled it less than 2 hours later at 9:15 am. This means your order was picked, packed and delivered to the mail carrier less than two hours from when you placed your order! Please keep in mind that we have no control over the delivery of your package once it is handed over to the mail carrier. We like every other company is at the mercy of their services. As stated on our website transit times for international shipments can take up to 15 business days so your package may not arrive until the second week of May. My last order - the holiday blend pods were mostly empty. I reached out to your customer service & i received an automated reply. But that was the end of it. My concern was never addressed.

Pods were not of great quality at all. No pressure/gas in the cup, just loose coffee with a foil over it. Many foils were already loose or no completely seated. The cups were covered in loose coffee, dirty. It was very much inferior to most cups.

Some bags and capsules in them came damaged. Also, the capsules themselves are inferior in qulity virtually to any other on the market. The only catch is that they are organic.
